How To Play

 

Taking a pack of 52 cards, shuffling it, and dealing the first twenty-five cards face-up into a pile to become the stock begins the game. The object of the game is to move cards, one at a time, from the stock and place them into a  5x5 grid so that each of the rows and columns, form the best possible poker hand.

 

You can score points in both vertical and horizontal directions across the play grid. The game will check each hand both forwards and backwards - so on a horizontal row we look from left to right and then from right to left. If 2 hands are available on the same check the highest scoring hand is used.

 

One important thing to keep in mind is that the cards MUST be placed next to each other and in the correct sequence to form a scoring hand!

Royal Flush

50 Points

10 Jack Queen King Ace of the same suit.

 

Straight Flush

30 Points

Five cards of the same suit in sequence.

 

Flush

5 Points

Five cards of the same suit.

 

Four Of A Kind

16 Points

Four cards of the same rank.

 

Full House

10 Points

Three cards of one rank and two cards of another.

 

Straight

12 Points

Five cards in rank sequence regardless of suit.

 

Three Of A Kind

6 Points

Three cards of the same rank.

 

Two Pairs

3 Points

Two cards of one rank, and two cards of another rank.

 

Pair

1 Point

Two cards of one rank.
